This is one tough area, that is posing and will continue to pose a big barrier in today's relationships, if not carefully handled.

You'll find out a girl who is in a new relationship still emotionally, mentally and otherwise attached to her ex. Or a guy who is in a new relationship as well also tied to his ex. Physically he's there, but mentally, emotionally he's MIA (missing in action). How come? What went wrong?

Well this issue is very easy to solve and so we won't be spending much time on this subject. 

The issues and solutions to ex problems, lies in the persons involved.

The fact a person is still attached to his ex or her ex, means one thing. He/she hasn't moved on. And there could be several reasons that could make such feelings still linger on while still in a new relationship. 

1. It could be a covenant made,

2. It could be the benefits. Believe it or not, there are many guys or ladies who wouldn't want to leave a certain relationship even when they know it isn't leading anywhere. Why, because of the benefits. 

3. The Mindset; many are of the belief that they won't find someone who was like their former partner or ex character wise and all other things.

So you discover that even when they're in a new relationship, because of this mindset there isn't going to be anything good or positive coming out of this relationship. Not that the guy or lady is totally bad, it's the mindset.

The first above is a very dangerous thing. If you find yourself in such a condition, quickly find a way to break yourself free. And the only way is through the blood of Jesus Christ. This will be buttressed better in the next coming write up.

But another thing that should be noted here is, there are certain relationships that could still get back after a break up. In this case, both ex's will want a come back. But this is on a very rare occasion. Be wise.
