Before Getting The Meeting One.

 Genesis 2:20 "And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him" (KJV).

On the journey of searching for a wife, or that partner that is complementary to you, there are going to be obstacles (more like, other help meet), but note they aren't meant for you.

And so if you're not careful and you don't have the Holy Spirit to guide you, you might fall prey of the wrong person.

Note: They may seem like it, appear like it, but they are not the one God wants for you.

There are many help meet out there, but you just have to look for the one help meet that suits you or one that complements you.

No matter how long you wait, as long as the waiting is based on tangible reasons and not groundless things like;

"He must be rich"

"She must be a model"

"She must have slim body"

"He must have pink lips" etc.

You will definitely get the person that complements you if you're asking for tangible things like "A person who fears God" "A person who has a walking relationship with the Heavenly Father" and so on. The Bible even makes it clear in 1 John 5:14 "And this is the confidence we have in him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us" (KJV). So not just praying, but knowing how to pray and get results. Only the HOLY SPIRIT can teach us this, because it is only the HOLY SPIRIT that reveals the things of the HEAVENLY FATHER to his children.

So please continue waiting and trusting in God. He does things in his own way and timing which actually turns out to be perfect. And I know this because Jeremiah 29:11 makes me understand that "His (GOD) thoughts towards me are thoughts of peace, and not of evil, but to give me an expected end".
